Hello reddit,
I am 29 years old and in my last semester of a Masters of Public Administration degree.
I have been working in Marketing throughout my 20s, and have a strong background of experience in data analytics, CRM implementations, and project management. In addition I have several graduate projects to list.
I thought I had a fairky strong work history but now I am not so sure. I hear a lot of random people on reddit or my friends joke about constantly being hounded by recruiters through their linkedin profile, but I have never been contacted by one. These people all work various jobs, not just engineers or computer scientists.
Should I be concerned by this or is my experience normative?
If it makes a difference I am currently in a small college town in the inland Northwest, although I have checked the settings to indicate that I am open to relocation.
