Naughty list

Do companies put you in a naughty list for asking high salary for future interviews? Do they keep a roaster on previous interviews? If you have been given an offer in the past and you did not accept job, will they think oh we offered him a job in the past but he/she did not accept it, so they may think you are playing a hardball and if they call you for an interview etc it is an expense for them.
