How long to wait after recruiter said he wants to arrange a phone interview with the hiring manager?

So yesterday around 10 am, the recruiter from the company I applied to (I applied for the job in November) wrote to me that he wants to set a phone interview with the hiring manager. I am new to industry job process. This is my dream job at my dream company. I am panicking so much. I replied back that I am available all day during the week and gave my phone number. I am not sure if I made a mistake writing that. I haven't heard anything back yet (yes I know it is only a day) but I don't know how long I should wait for. Monday is also a holiday in the US. So I am afraid he would just forget about me if he hasn't replied already by the end of the day today.

So I am asking how long does it normally take, and should I write something again if I don't hear back after x amount of days? if so what should I say.
