Have you ever had an interview where you hit all or most of the positive signs and still didn’t get the job?

For me, I haven’t had an extraordinary number of interviews in my career. I’m currently at my 4th job and I’m 4/10 with interviews but only 1 job I’ve had is respectable. I’m trying to get away from my current job because I hate it so much. I had an interview a few months ago where I hit some common good signs like the guy trying to sell me the job, good length, salary, etc. But in the end, he was just, “we’ll let you know a decision on x”. Thoughts and/or experiences?
