Trying to find a job from May to Aug (My college's summer break). Would I have a chance of getting an Admin Assistant position?

My chances of getting a business internship seem pretty low so I'm hoping an Admin Assitant position or Bank Teller position will make my resume look okay but I'm not sure if it's a waste of time to apply if I can only stay for 4 months
