Can someone please help me with this interview question

Hi guys, before proceeding with an interview the job that I applied to asked me a question that I need some help responding with. So I’m 16, and the manager emailed me asking me how would i make sure that my two-weeks training would be successful and that I would be able to retain the volume of information that would be provided. I don’t really know how to ensure her that my training would be successful, so If anyone has any ideas on how to respond to this that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
