I've got the experience - how to prove that I have the right cultural fit

I am applying for a job and the vacancy is for a very demanding role.

I'm up for the challenge and believe that I'd be quite good at the job, but the employer is a not for profit and specifically wants someone with love for the arts, although they do not specify that the job also requires someone with several years of finance experience, which is obvious to me from the job description.

I like the arts although I cannot say that it is my passion, but I actually feel exited about the possibility of helping out at arts events, which I would have to do as part of this role.

How do I convince the interviewer that I would still be great for this position?
