Thank You Note to Rude Interviewers?

I met with the director of a big company yesterday and felt like he was acting very rude. He was on his phone a lot and telling me he was still listening to me while he was texting people. He also stepped out a bunch of times to talk to other people and then ended his portion of the interview early. He was fortunately only one of the people I interviewed with at this company. Why would someone behave this way? I had to take a lot of time off my job to accept his interview request and the company also spent a lot of money and time to talk to me. Should I still send a thank-you note to him? He honestly should know better because our industry is relatively small and I will remember this experience if I ever work with him in the future.
