[question] is working night shift unhealthy?

I’ve been working nights for over a year and a half now, I used to work my hours to where I’m 4 days on/4 days off which was totally doable. My schedule has changed recently to where I’m working full-time throughout the entire week, having Wednesday’s/Thursday’s off with this new schedule change. This has been going on for about 2 months now and still not used to it.

Woke up this evening around 5pm feeling like I was hungover even though I didn’t drink at all. Overall felt nauseated and couldn’t even eat until now. This has been happening to me for the last three day and a little worried.

I know Reddit is the last place to be asking this cause it’s related to health, but is this typical when adjusting to a new schedule (especially nights)?
