I just realized a signed and approved my prospective job to do an ADP screening and selective services background check and...

It says they check all sorts of things including earnings history and I lied on my application saying I made a dollar more than I actually did on multiple jobs. They never offered me the job although I'm scared they really won't after they see I lied. Should I just give up and not go in for the drug test as well because if they see I lied won't they not consider me?
