Do you have leverage to negotiate if you're unemployed? Any advice on negotiation in general?

I moved to a new city, been unemployed for 3 months. Just got a job offer.

The pay is more than I would have asked for. like 8k more.

the vacation days is 13 days off and 3 sick days.

At my previous job, I had 16 days off and 5 sick days.

Is that a bad thing to negotiate over considering my job situation? Should I negotiate over 2-3 days considering I'm unemployed and don't really have any leverage?

If I were to negotiate what is the process for doing so?
