Working for the client vs. Working as a vendor

Hi guys,

Anyone ever been in a situation where theyre working for a vendor, and are being offered a FTE position?

For some context, the vendor position is fairly stable and I’m the same, maybe slightly more complicated work compared to the FTE job.

Pay is negligible between both.

How do you decide?
