Should I tell my (non-Indian) manager that she is inadvertently using Indian English?

Bear with me here. At my current job, I am involved in a handful of projects in India and my manager and I (with whom I have a fairly distant relationship) are constantly corresponding with people on the ground there. A while ago, I began to notice that my manager, who is an American _without_ Indian roots, was inserting all sorts of Indian-isms into her outgoing emails to people in India -- "kindly revert," "let's prepone the call," "I'll revert ASAP," "I'll make sure to do the needful," and so on. At first I thought, OK, weird, but maybe she's just trying to find a common language with them?

But then I started noticing these Indian-isms in other contexts too, in all sorts of written correspondence with people inside and outside of our organization who have nothing to do with India. My thinking is that because so much of her work deals with India and Indian people, she has unwittingly incorporated these Indian-isms into her vocabulary. I'm not saying there's anything inherently wrong with them, I just think it's weird and could even come off as offensive/patronizing. I mean, "revert" is one thing -- but my manager literally writes things like "kindly revert outcome."

I must stress that my manager is NOT Indian -- she's a white American who has never been to India. Should I just hold my tongue and keep trying not to laugh or say something to her? I do not have a close relationship with my manager at all but I guess I should stop her from making an idiot out of herself?
