Finance career advice

I just started working at a boutique global Investment Bank, in a back office role in Asset Management. I am 1 year out of school and am curious about the possible future career options I may have. I enjoy my work, but I wouldn’t want to work the rest of my career in the back office. Does anyone who has knowledge about investment banking career paths have any advice?
