Hello, I am looking to change jobs but do not want my current employer to find out. I read on here that people will change their flag on Linkedin to "I'm looking", but does your empoloyer see this? Or could they if they were hiring for someone in your position or something? Also, for sites like Indeed, I'm afraid to go through with it because I'm not sure if those sites will send my name and that I'm looking to anyone and everyone who it can think of. I mean, I want to be visible and want people to look at me and reach out to me if they think I'm a good fit, but don't want my current boss to find out. How does one manage this? Thanks!
