I was promoted several months ago at my current job that I've been at for a few years but they have been dragging their feet on hiring (even interviewing) my replacement so I've been doing both jobs. The promotion only has about 2-3 "new" tasks. Not sure how to format/list my duties. Should I just leave off the promotion title and combine tasks?
