How can a 14 year old make a consistent salary?

So basically I'm 14 and I have tons of ideas on how I could make money for example, I'm very good in computers and could make money off of coding and what not but I dont have the money to afford a computer that can handle that. So right now I'm kinda stuck because I am trying to find a job to make my own money. I can't ask my parents for work because they don't have enough money to be paying me.
