I had 2 interviews with the same company over Skype - 1 last week and 1 this week. During the interview, they did not say when they anticipate making a decision, they only said that they've been wanting to hire someone since last month.
Should I follow up? If so, how long should I wait? Also, who would I follow up with, the first person I interviewed with or the second?
