Biology major with misdemeanors for theft and marijuana

I recently graduated with a biology degree from a University in Texas. However, I have three class B misdemeanors in my record. One is for theft, and the other two are for possession of marijuana. I am wondering if anyone can give me any advice on what my career options look like at this point.
