When the hiring manager doesn't reply after reaching out...

I recently was contacted by the company I most wanted to get hired by out of all the ones I applied to:

"If you're still available, we would love to talk about the position!"

I responded, while I was sick with food poisoning (I was feeling loopy) and only moments after reading it, with:

"I am still interested in the position! I am available weekdays 7:00 AM-8:30 AM and 5:30 PM-7:00 PM. I can also request some hours off and meet with you another time in the middle of the day (I work 9 AM-5 PM, and would be leaving my current position if hired). What time would work best for you?"

It's been over a day, and no response.

I am wondering if I was too presumptuous in assuming they wanted to meet face to face, and I instead should have kept it simple and asked when she was available. Or if offering to take off from work is a bad look. Or if my availability seems overly constricted and like I'm making her schedule around me. Or if I'm completely over thinking things, and she's just gotten swamped with replies and interviews.

On further research from the company's twitter account, they are very picky about proper business correspondence, with posts critiquing common job search advice...so who knows.

Regardless, I don't think anything in my email is reason for me to be tossed out of the running for the position if they reached out to me based on my cover letter and resume. I want to write a follow up email. But I don't know what to say and I really don't want to mess up this time.

I was thinking something like:

"Hi _____

I just wanted to make sure my message didn't end up in your spam folder.

Is there anytime Friday or next week you would be available to speak about the position, if it's still available?

Thank You!"

Seems basic enough, but of course now I'm over thinking everything.
