When an employer runs a background check can they see all previous employment? Googling indicates they only “check” background on previous employment you have provided them via resume.
I have 3 interviews next week!! There was a span of 2 years where I was having a very difficult time with my mental illness and started and ended 5 jobs. I don’t include any of these on my resume. My question is, will a background check show these jobs? If so, I feel I should briefly explain I was Ill at the time and be up front. If the background check doesn’t show these brief jobs, I am not going to worry about it. Thoughts? Anyone with HR background check knowledge?
