Stuck with a tough decision to leave a good F500 pharmaceutical company with decent pay

Background: So I currently work in manufacturing in a F500 pharmaceutical company making 80K

Pros:

I make 80K

Company has a pension

Lots of opportunities to move within company for manufacturing

Cons: Opportunities for the career I want are all director and up level positions

If I left, I'll have to start at entry level pay

I hate manufacturing, the amount of overtime as salaried sucks and dealing with union people

I drive 1.10 to 1.5 hours one way, so ~3 hours

I'm starting to have back and foot pain from the drive, sitting, etc.

I'm not really that interested in the career.
