Negotiating salary expectations for permanent position.

I currently work for a company in Los Angeles as a temporary employee. The company has been really impressed by my work so far that they want to make me permanent but want me to work in their San Francisco office. Im super excited for this opportunity but also nervous about it all.

The VP of the company hasn't told me much other than he wants me to meet the SF team and to start getting an idea of where i want to live in the Bay Area.

So im flying up the SF office tomorrow and thats when we will discuss salary and other stuff. Being only 24 and already feeling like im being paid a lot at my hourly rate, i dont know how to negotiate.

From what I've gather, the full time employees in the LA office with the same position that ive been offered make $75k. Im currently hourly at $25/hour. Not sure how true it is but i read that SF is 56% more expensive than LA. So im just concern about making enough to live!

How much should i ask for? Whats consider reasonable living wage in SF? And what should i expect in terms of relocation packages? And what else should i bring up?
