Need help finding out how to apply for unlisted jobs with a professional sports team’s medical team.

I’m a licensed massage therapist specializing in sports massage and medical manual therapy. My goal has always been to work for the San Antonio Spurs, but I have no idea how to contact their medical team with a resume.

Before anyone suggests it, these kind of jobs are apparently never listed on the Spurs job/career search page or on the common job search websites. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
