I’ve been unemployed for a few months. My last two jobs weren’t great. I am interviewing but I have major anxiety about working again. What if I have another bad boss? What if I’m not good at whatever my new job ends up being? The thought of being somewhere five days a week, 9 hours a day really stresses me out. I’m terrified of returning to the working world.
What can I do to ease my anxiety about this? Will it really be as bad as I’m thinking it will be?
