There is an amazing amount of talent that at this time is looking for a job or a career, many of them take time off work to attend phone interviews or in-person interviews. During this interview process, they are away from their jobs or their dear ones, interview process need a few calls and a few in-person interviews with a few people from the company and they required time and a level of commitment from the prospect. Unfortunately, many of these prospects are left out of the interview process without a call or email or as it is known on the dating world they have been "ghosted" by the recruiter without an explanation or feedback that could help the person in future interviews.
