Job explicitly states it will contact 'ALL' past and current employments for reference. I dont want my current boss to know I am looking?

As the title says I was looking at a job and decided to apply. I am a 911 Dispatcher, comfortably employed with no discipline records or issues. But my manager is... petty, to say the least. Because of this, I really do not want to give her any reason to lash out at me and ruin my 'spotless' record for the last 4 years.

I have ran into this statement on multiple applications and it has stopped me in my tracks each time. Should I let it worry me?
