Haven’t heard back in 2 weeks, thoughts?

The place I did my internship at is hiring 3 people. Apparently, there were a lot of applications. I was one of the first people they interviewed with (2 weeks ago) and I felt like it went well. They told me I would hear back within a week or two. Later that week, they hired someone, almost immediately.

Last week, they told me it would still be another week. It’s about to be 2 weeks tomorrow.

Anyone have any thoughts? I was optimistic at first but now I’m not too sure it’s looking good for me... I just don’t wanna keep my hopes up. I can’t sleep right now since I’m so anxious about this. Anyone have thoughts? Or words of comfort?
