I'm really glad that certain places still have the application process all on paper and pencil, wish more places were like that still

Honestly, id much rather compete for a job against the 3 other people that new about the (poorly advertised) position, and were willing to drive out to fill out an application in the office, rather than compete against the 1000 other people that just clicked "apply" on indeed.com, wish more places other than small businesses did this.
