If I'm applying for a job that requires a degree and it starts in the summer, will employers mind if I'm finishing my degree during the summer instead of spring before the job starts?
This is something I'm going through right now. I'm set to graduate this year but I'll be finishing up the last class for my degree in the summer by taking a summer class. Most jobs I'm applying to require a degree but I technically won't have my degree by the start of summer because I wouldn't have completed my summer class yet. The summer class I have to take is at night and won't interfere with any job I get. I can still work full time and go to class. The class is also only for a short 6 week period instead of running through the entire summer. Will I get disqualified from jobs because my degree won't be finished? For more information, my major I'm taking required me to take a minor. I'll actually be finished with my major by spring but my minor is what I'll need to finish in the summer. Even though I'll technically be finishing my major, my college won't give me my degree until my minor is completed.
