Found these job requirements under an Intern role ... is this normal? Wait, so where do you get these skills before even becoming an intern?

  • Foundation understanding of standard hospitality processes and workflows - ok
  • Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering - ok
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role - hmm
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle - sorry?
  • Highly effective cross-functional team management - I had to browse up and re-read this was for an intern role
  • Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies - somewhat
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

This is very crazy to me, where is someone going to achieve this experience without interning to begin with.
