The recruiter email stated interest and asked for 3 available dates plus phone number and stated they would schedule and reply. I shared dates but neglected to put phone number bc honestly my kid was talking to me and I was distracted. This morning was the first date I offered, so I replied again that I could make myself available next week and included my phone number. Still no response. I don't have much experience with recruiters. Did I mess up by not following instructions or are they just busy? Job is pretty specific, there shouldn't really be that much legit competition.
