I got a job interview next week but a five days trip the last week of june. Advice!

I got a job interview for this job I really really want! It is next week and I am excited about it. However I am very anxious because I have this previous commitment of going to another country for 5 days (would miss 4 days of work). I need to visit my dad and we had some important things to do. The plane ticket is already bought, which I can't change and it is a lot of money. I don't know what to do? Should I go through with the interview and let them know? have you gone through something similar? help!
