I accepted an offer but was offered another one immediately after. I'd prefer the 2nd offer. What do I do?

I accepted an offer from a retail store, signed up for a drug test and everything. Literally right after I signed up for everything, a company that I initially wanted to apply to called me and fast forward, I'm getting ready for an in-person interview after passing the phone interview. They asked if I'm currently working and if I will need to put in my two weeks. I said no, even though the first job I was offered may start within two weeks. The company I initially wanted said that I'll be hired most likely in June.

How should I go about this? I have a feeling I'll pass the next interview and be offered a job at the job I wanted initially. Should I completely ditch the first job offer? If I end up not getting hired at my first choice, I can always look for another job.
