How to deal with dickish manager?

I almost went in on this guy today but I have benefits and the money is decent but I don't have time to deal with this power trip bullshit. How do I deal with this fucking idiot without punching his lights put? Also I'm not the most patient with people so sooner or later I will explode on this dude. I really want to quit but I need to find something else before I do.
