So I got the conditional offer for an amazing summer opportunity and I am now waiting for a final offer. However, my GPA dropped and I'm worried they're going to rescind my offer if I get it?
When applying, I was right at the cutoff mark for the GPA, however, due to failing a difficult class I was struggling in, my GPA went down below the cutoff. At this point, however, I had already gotten the conditional offer and they told me to bring my GPA back up the following semester, the end of which many start to receive their final offer. Well, the semester has ended and I failed the class again (engineering course) and my GPA is 0.2 below the cutoff. My question now is, do I tell them now or wait for the final offer and see what happens? (They will ask for transcripts, but not all of them get checked apparently.)
