Fitting in interviews?

I’m at the point which my current job is driving me up the wall. However the task of interviewing, with multiple companies, while I have a full time job, seems absolutely exhausting. How do you guys squeeze in job interviews for those that are currently working full time?

I’m in inside sales, and there’s no real dress code anymore, so pretty much everyone wears jeans. Not to mention, I never take lunch. So if I show up in suit pants and dress shoes, then take an hour+ lunch (we only get a half hour), my boss is going to be questioning me.
