Biology BS Graduate can't find a job, what do I do in the future to maximize income.

I graduated from college this past may with a BS in Biology & Neuroscience with Minors in Chemistry and Economics. I lost my desire to attend medical school and don't want to pursue that path anymore. Since graduating I've applied to hundreds of jobs with little to show for it. I don't know what to do. I want to return to school and get a masters in a field that will guarantee me a job after college and a good income. Do you guys have any advice on what I should do?
