I have been job searching for three months. I’m finishing a masters degree. My field isn’t the most marketable, but there’s jobs. I’ve so far had about seven in person interviews (4 of which I was super excited about, others I wasn’t and it showed), and have received zero offers. I have five interviews in person in the next two weeks. What’s a normal interview to offer ratio? I want to know where I’m going wrong and if it’s in the interview, which I didn’t think previously but now am concerned about.
