Advice for someone looking to find work overseas

Hello all, I apologize for making another “I want to live in XXX, tell me what to do!” Post.

I know what I want to do, but I’m a new college student and I feel like I’d have a lot to gain from the perspectives of people here who may already live and work in Japan and have most likely finished college in doing so.

I know that the job market in Japan is extremely competitive for foreigners, so I’m not asking for a guarantee, but I would just like to know which of these two options gives me the best chance at making a career in Japan.

I would like to double major in Japanese and either International Relations OR International Business studies.

Which combination of majors gives me the best fighting chance or more job options after school?
