Wife has a degree but is wanting to make a lateral move into possibly an unrelated industry

My wife has a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. She was planning on staying in this field until health complications arose. These complications make her current work environment difficult as it is a lot of manual labor that is taxing on her joints. She is currently working 60-70 hour weeks traveling 75% of the year assisting in opening new restaurants and training new employees and managers for a restaurant chain.

She is wanting to move into a desk job that is a standard Monday Through Friday, 8-5 job. She claims this is extraordinarily rare in her field. This led to her looking into a possible lateral move into an industry where this is more common. Are there any industries Food & Beverage/Hospitality skills would likely transfer to that fit this want? Most of her experience is food & beverage related, but also has job experience in food costing, catering, and event management.

Thanks in advance
