Too Good to be True

About a few weeks ago, I started working at a thai inspired rolled ice cream place and when I first started, I thought it would be wonderful opportunity for me... Nice and friendly staff, chill environment, you could go on your phone if all tasks were finished and there were no customers around to order , direct deposit, what more could you ask for?

It seemed so perfect until these last two weeks, or so, I've trying to get the hang of rolling by practicing and doing customer orders at the same time since one of my managers stated that Im at a disadvantage because I'm smaller in stature and I'm also left handed. It would take some time to adjust to my strength. It also took a while to get the basis of pasting as well. But I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of it, I just need more time to practice and get faster, according to both my supervisor and manager.

However, I still get feedback that is not so positive and nowadays, I either go home wanting to cry or coming to work with a frown on my face, on the brink of tears. I was told to be more initiative when it comes to rolling and other store duties as well.. So ive been stepping up to roll a lot of ice cream this past week (even if some of them weren't as good as other rolls) refilling toppings when need be and washing dishes at least twice per shift on my own.. Only one person offers to help me once in a while and everyone else is on their phones, even when I ask for help, they said they were busy doing another tasks but half the time they're on their phones, especially my supervisor who has his phone out, even when customers are there wanting to order..

Also, one of my managers has been ending my shifts 2 to 3 hours early and messaged me earlier today saying "the weather isnt looking great, dont come in today." But the weather was just fine, a lil chilly but it was a clear sky with no showers so I was really ticked off. She also called me a minute or two after to check that I got the message and to reply quicker ext time.. I had literally just gotten the message because I was taking a shower and she expects a reply in 2 seconds and cant reply to a simple question that I asked her hours ago..? Shes full on ignoring me..

I also didnt get the schedule for the upcoming week from her, which she usually sends every week through text message. I had to find out from my co worker that she only gave me 2 shifts (Friday and Saturday) 3 hours each... I worked about 3-4 days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) for about 4-6 hours beforehand.. I also messaged her about the schedule and 13 hours later, no reply.. How am I supposed to practice if I'm given less opportunity to work?

I'm probably going to be let go, since I'm not able to be on par with everyone else. The job probably just isnt for me. They were able to let go of one girl after just one shift, so why am I still there..? At this point, it's a waste of my time working there. I would rather just leave ASAP but I want to get another job before I quit... Are a good number of managers act like that? What should I do?
