Hello so my manager told me yesterday to come in to work today at 9am but i showed up today and no one was there. The store is locked so i couldn't get in. I call him but no response. I waited 15 minutes before i went home and left him 2 messages & 2 missed calls. He then texts me later and says that we are off today and tomorrow. I told him he didnt say that and he told me no that he said come in on Monday??? I'm sorta irritated but don't want to argue with him. Can i be compensated or anything since i showed up to work but he or anyone else wasn't there? I wasted sleeping in and a 30 minute round trip basically.
