Hello.
I currently work as a clinical research coordinator, and we're in the stage of initiating a new study.
Anybody know how salary negotiations work as a clinical trials study coordinator when the sponsor gave budget template with per-patient cost estimations?
Additionally, I've been offered multiple interviews/offers for other coordinator positions but i rejected them to stay with the new study that is being initiated by my principal investigator.
Should I tell my PI about how I rejected multiple interviews/offers? would it have an influence on my salary negotiation?
thank you in advance.
