Please help. Looking for advice for seeking part-time, seasonal employment opportunities

Ok so I'd really like some help. My wife is from a foreign country and likes to travel home for about 3 months in the summer, and one month in the winter. The challenge is her being able to find some sort of job or income opportunity that will allow her to have that type of flexible time off.

The thoughts we've had so far is possibly temp work, uber driver or something like that (although I'm not crazy about my wife doing this), make start her own little business since she's very creative. We don't know but really would like some direction. thanks!
