Need Some Advice- Moving between locations

So my current job has multiple locations that people move between sometimes. I have already been moved once (to a closer location), but had a sudden phone call on Thursday to have me move again to another location. Thing is I live within 5 miles of my current location, and the new one would be roughly 15 miles away. I did express concern about the change in commute (which 15 miles doesn't sound like a lot, but with traffic alone in the area I'm in it makes the commute at least twice the amount of time). Long story short, I was steamrolled by this person on the phone and then the conversation ended as i was made to follow through with this move in now 2 weeks from Monday (They had told my current boss previously so he is aware of the situation).

Fast forward to Sunday, where my car is basically not functioning anymore whatsoever. Due to some financial restraints, I don't know how long it'll take me to get a new car. My current location is close enough I can take a bus in the meantime or carpool (that would take probably 40 minutes to get there at most) whereas the new job with a train, a transfer for trains, and a bus would take almost 2 hours one way. How do I express to this person that I'm not comfortable doing this commute, especially since I would not have a reliable source of transportation (as well as I don't know exactly when I would be able to, especially with only 2 weeks to spare?) I don't want to be unreliable to this other location in anyway, and not having a car would definitely hinder me. Also, nothing is currently in writing so would it be bad of me to back out now? Any advice would be appreciated!
