My employer was acquired by another company, but my title and responsibilities did not change. Should I list this as one position on my resume, or two?
I worked for an engineering company in the US (Company A), and my division was purchased by a competitor (Company B). Company A still exists, but I was moved to Company B (along with my entire office) without any major changes in compensation or responsibilities. On my resume, should I list my positions at the two companies as separate bullet points, or as a single line item? This is the only company/pair of companies that I've worked for since graduating college several years ago.
