I have been a Legal Secretary for about 7 years with no prior experience and no Paralegal schooling.
I have an opportunity to work from home for another firm creating commercial real estate loan documents, which can take about 1-2 hours total per case. For now, I don't know how often this will be, I am providing support for the secretary that works there. I will also be preparing regular and certified mail to go out (about 20 envelopes) , but not every time.
I don't know what would be a fair fee to charge them for these services. I suppose I should charge hourly instead of per case load, if that's the case, what's the maximum I could charge?
