Long story short I have a terrible job record. Ever since I graduated high school 5 years ago the longest job I ever had was 8 months overnight maintenance at walmart, & I am too embarrassed to even post it here. With employment gaps in between ranging from 4-7 months due to attending community college; which I actually did graduate. Just recently, a month ago, I got me a warehouse job, & I have not worked in a toxic environment as much as this one; it is full of cutthroat coworkers, natural selection corporate mindset people. I have not been shat on in my entire life as much as I have been this last week, I litterally come home & get headaches/lose sleep over all these insults due to my lack of experience in warehousing;first warehouse job. I regret leaving my walmart maintenance job as I actually liked it. I feel useless, & feel like if I keep this up at one point I will eventually be un-hireable if thats actually a word.
