How to inquire about job opportunities when the company website does not list jobs?

Hello,

I am a new graduate RN and I am interested in working at a small hospice facility that does not have a "careers" page on their website. What is a respectful way to show that I am interested in working for them? Should I call or send an email? I would normally stop by if I was interested, but since this is a healthcare facility I want to respect their privacy. Thank you in advance.
